Tri County Health Network

Tri-County Health Network (TCHNetwork) is a non-profit entity committed to collaborating with our communities to improve health for everyone. We believe that health is more than healthcare and envision communities that are vibrant and healthy where everyone has the opportunity and ability to thrive. TCHNetwork operates in 4 counties and manages 28 programs focused on promoting equity, removing barriers to care, and improving access to health services across our rural communities.

Our programs include food resource assistance, nutrition education & cooking classes, health insurance guidance & enrollment assistance, brain health therapy and education courses, care coordination, immigration legal support services, and care coordination all offered at low-cost or no-cost.
