Mountains to the Desert Classic 2024

On September 21st, 2024, the Mountains to the Desert Classic (M2D) is celebrating its 21st Anniversary as the primary fundraising event for the Just For Kids Foundation. This year, M2D is extending regionally to include a Ridgway start option! The traditional ride is a fantastic 4000' drop overall, and you will still enjoy 2615' of climbing - sign up for the Ridgway start to add an additional pass challenge at the front end of the ride. Register before June 1st for an early discounted rate for our beloved local ride, beginning in Telluride, Norwood, or Ridgway (new for 2024!) and finishing in Gateway, Colorado. Whether participants choose to ride 110, 103, or 73 miles, they will experience the full Colorado beauty and grandeur of high mountains to desert terrain. From alpine glow and aspen forests to sandstone cliffs and palisades, participate in this iconic ride to support our local communities.
