As White Buffalo concludes traditional full-service restaurant operations, we’re excited to evolve our food and beverage experience while encouraging our guests to get out and experience the wonderful dining our community has to offer.

We’re also excited to collaborate with Grace and Grit Catering, bringing their culinary expertise to contracted weddings, retreats and group events at Chipeta Lodge. It’s another way we can create memorable gatherings while partnering with an exceptional local business.
